Thinning hair, what should you do?

Have you noticed that your hair has been slowly thinning over time and now it is at a point where you feel you need to do something?  Donte's of New York, always recommends, that you see your general physician before you do anything else. They will take a look at your scalp and may even do blood work to determine what the cause may be. For some it could be a thyroid condition or an autoimmune disease. For others it may just be genetics. Have you started a new medication? Make sure that hair loss is not a side effect.  Going to your doctor will help to rule out some or all of these things.

Once you have visited with your doctor, you may be on the road to getting your hair back, whether he or she determines it is something that can be treated or not, you may still need some help to keep your hair looking its best. If your find out that your hair loss is either going to be long term or permanent, visiting Donte's of New York for your FREE consultation could be very helpful.  We have a multitude of options to help get your hair back to where you want it.
