Hair is conditioned at the roots on its own by the natural oils from your scalp.  When applying your daily conditoner, it is important that you start at the ends and run the remaining conditioner through the rest of your hair, avoiding the first 2 inches of your scalp.  Leave it on for a few minutes and rinse.

Why is conditioner so important?

Conditioning your hair is one of the most important things you can do to help keep your hair healthy. When you use the right conditioner for your hair, it will take out the tangles, which will prevent breakage and in the end prevent hair loss.  Conditioner, will keep your hair feeling smooth and in a lot of cases will make your hair less frizzy.  

We love the Suddz FX line of conditioners.
