- Ask away -It is your hair that is going to be cut, colored, permed, etc...always make sure you know exactly what you are getting done. As some of you may know, a hair surprise is one of the worst surprises there is. Ask questions like: "What kind of maintenance will my new look have?" or "Can I still pull my hair back in a ponytail, with my new look?" to name a few. Your stylist wants you to be happy so making sure you are is a priority, don't be afraid to ask anything and everything that you are thinking at the time of your appointment.
